Guiding you back into your body, deepening your connection with yourself, and creating the space to finally breathe.

The Practices Behind My Approach

My teaching brings together elements of somatic awareness, meditation and conscious breathwork, each offering a different way to slow down, reconnect and develop a deeper understanding of yourself.

Meditation has roots in ancient contemplative traditions, including Buddhist and Hindu practices, while modern somatic approaches explore the connection between the body, our emotions and our experiences. Breathwork has also been practised in many traditions for centuries, with techniques continuing to evolve and find their place in modern wellbeing.

I weave these practices together in a gentle, accessible way, creating space for you to explore what feels right for your body, without pressure, expectation or the need to get anything perfect.

I believe we often have a better understanding of what we need than we realise, but with the pace of everyday life, it's easy to lose touch with ourselves and overlook what our bodies are telling us.

Through meditation and breathwork, my approach is to help you slow down, shift your attention away from the constant noise of your thoughts and reconnect with your body. By becoming more aware of your breath, physical sensations and emotions, we can begin to recognise patterns, understand our needs and develop a deeper sense of self-awareness.

It's not about switching off your thoughts or finding instant calm, but learning to listen to yourself, trust your own experiences and build practical tools that help you feel more grounded and connected in everyday life.

Meditation & Breathwork — Reconnecting With Yourself

Somatic Awareness - Learning to Listen to Your Body

Somatic practices invite us to bring our attention away from the constant noise of our thoughts and gently back into our bodies.

Through body awareness, grounding exercises and noticing physical sensations, we begin to develop a greater understanding of how we're feeling and what our bodies might need.

It's not about changing or fixing anything, but learning to listen with curiosity, patience and compassion.

Taking the Practice Beyond Our Sessions

My intention isn't just for you to leave a session feeling a little calmer. It's for you to begin building your own collection of tools and practices that you can return to whenever you need them.

Whether that's taking a few conscious breaths before a busy day, recognising when your body needs rest or simply giving yourself permission to pause.

Because the deeper connection we build with ourselves doesn't end when the meditation finishes. It's something we can continue nurturing in the little moments of everyday life.
