The story
My journey into spirituality began as a child, finding comfort in the magic of Glastonbury during difficult times. Through meditation, I discovered a space to breathe, reconnect and build a relationship with myself beyond the outside world. My experiences with mental health and neurodivergence have shaped the way I teach today. I believe wellbeing isn't one-size-fits-all, and my intention is to create welcoming spaces for curiosity, connection and self-discovery. A gentle reminder that everything we need is often already within us.

A Little About Me - And how I found my way here.
My relationship with spirituality began long before I imagined becoming a meditation teacher. At eight years old, I experienced bullying, changed schools and began navigating a world that often felt overwhelming. By ten, I was in therapy, struggling with anxiety and sometimes terrified to leave the house.
But amongst all of that, there was a little magic.
Most weekends, my mum, a nurse and Reiki healer, would take me to Glastonbury. A town filled with crystals, books and wonder, where my wildly imaginative younger self felt completely at home. I'd spend hours exploring little shops, reading beneath my favourite tree and visiting the local meditation centre, where I first discovered what it felt like to switch off from the outside world and simply be in my body. For the first time, I could breathe.
Those moments gave me something I didn't know I needed: a relationship with myself beyond how others saw or treated me. As I grew older, meditation and spirituality became my sanctuary, a way to nourish my mind and build a home within myself.
Through university, mental health challenges and later discovering my own neurodivergence, these practices remained a constant. During the pandemic, I trained as a meditation teacher, wanting to share that same sense of connection with others. Soon after, I found my teaching home at Joy Studio and also now The Zen space.
Over the past three years, I've taught regular classes, guided retreats, created self-love circles, mindful craft and meditation events, and collaborated with Pilates teachers to bring unique experiences to life. Today, I also offer 1:1 sessions, corporate wellbeing, hen celebrations, private events and bespoke brand collaborations.
My experiences have shaped a teaching style rooted in curiosity, compassion and the belief that wellbeing isn't one-size-fits-all. I want to create spaces where you can slow down, feel safe, explore and reconnect with yourself, without pressure or perfection.
Because I don't believe I'm here to give you the answers. I believe they're already within you. Sometimes, we just need the space to hear them.
